Did I mention that they'd appropriated ALL the Hedgies?
I'm starting to see footless Hedgies abandoned in the snow.
I think the Hedgies are getting longer too. I guess that's what happens when you're a Puli pull toy.
All the Corgis ever did with the Hedgies was cuddle and grunt.

dusk to dawn
Mount Sopris views.
For 10 years I lived in New York in the West Village. There wasn't a day that went by that I didn't dream of sandstone under my feet instead of concrete; sagebrush in the air instead of burnt pretzels, fourteeners instead of skyscrapers.
I was going to stay in the City until I earned enough money to leave.
One day I realized I would never have enough money to leave.
So I left.

Hedgie Hedgie Hedgie

Normally a Hedgie is considered the ultimate corgi toy. They go wild for the little grunt grunt grunt. Well, ahem, not in this case....The Hedgie has been appropriated. Actually 4 Hedgies have been appropriated....

What price friendship?

Jinks wasn't feeling too well yesterday, so we made another trip to the vet this morning. We'll get bloodwork back tomorrow and wait with fingers crossed....
Sometimes it's difficult to tell when Jinks is feeling bad. He'll bark and run and eat but he'll sleep just a little bit deeper and breathe just a little slower and his heart is just a little faster.
One of the ways I can tell that Jinksy isn't feeling too well is that Ginny will stay close to him. Normally when we're in the office or at home Jinks will find his corner and snooze by himself; but when he's feeling down Gin will cuddle up close.
That, of course, will not prevent her from trying to steal all of his food.....

The flying Puli brothers
Okay, they are just plain nuts....

...and then they go flying off in a cloud of fluffy white and fluffier black as I say only one simple word.... "Dinner"
(It actually reminds me of a John Ford movie with the cavalry galloping through Monument Valley.)
